With room for up to 8 guests, it’s a great home base for families and friends looking to ski, snowboard, explore, or simply escape to the mountains.
Located in the Brianwood community near Giant Steps, you’ll be close to the slopes, ski shop, food, and drinks, making it easy to spend more time enjoying Brian Head and less time getting around.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, comfortable space with mountain views, a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, a private balcony, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private full bathroom, Smart TV, vaulted ceiling, and mountain views
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV, vaulted ceiling, and mountain views
• Spacious Loft: Queen bed plus twin-over-full bunk, Smart TV, and plenty of room for kids, teens, or additional guests

Traveling with a group is a lot easier when you have three full bathrooms! Our freshly renovated bathrooms feature brand-new tubs and showers with modern tile extending all the way to the ceiling.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The fully stocked kitchen has the essentials you need to make breakfast before hitting the mountain, enjoy dinner at home, or start the morning with a cup of coffee.
After a day of adventure, come back and relax together, watch a movie, or step onto the private balcony and take in the mountain surroundings.
BRIANWOOD AMENITIES
Guests also have access to the shared Brianwood clubhouse featuring a hot tub, sauna, game room, and coin-operated laundry. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Brian Head isn’t just a winter destination. Ski and snowboard during the snowy months, then return in warmer weather for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, ATV adventures, scenic drives, and everything Southern Utah has to offer.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so stairs are required. Complimentary parking is available in the community lot. The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No pets, smoking, parties, or events.
