Welcome to Aqua Tides Cottage at White Sands #4! This adorable duplex unit is located just a short walk to the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Newly renovated, this charming 1 bedroom/1 bath unit sleeps 4. Sleek, modern design and high-end furnishings make this cottage the ideal romantic beach escape. The private courtyard has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. The large bedroom has a queen bed and a large smart TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Charming, inviting, and made for relaxation, Aqua Tides Cottage at White Sands sets the scene for an unforgettable vacation.
Kitchen:
Large island with quartz countertops, bar seating for 4; stainless steel appliances featuring a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door; drip coffee maker, toaster, basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking:
There is one assigned parking space next to the unit marked "#4". There is NO guest parking.
