Welcome to Riverside House, a bright, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite on the first floor of a waterfront home on Jacques-Cartier in Gatineau. The river is right across the road, with the Ottawa skyline in the distance.
Inside, the open-concept living space has polished concrete floors, a wood-slat feature wall with a wall-mounted TV, and a comfortable sectional sofa. Natural light and warm wood touches keep the space calm and uncluttered.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stainless steel fridge, range, microwave and air fryer. A round dining table with seating for four sits right beside it.
Both bedrooms are quiet and well appointed. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, bedside lamps, a TV, a dresser and a closet, with direct access to its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a bed, a sliding-door closet and a reading chair. A walk-in closet with shelving gives you plenty of storage for longer stays.
There are two full bathrooms. One has a glass walk-in shower with large-format tile. The other has a tub-shower combination.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Jacques-Cartier is one of Gatineau`s best waterfront streets. The riverside path is across the road for walking, running and cycling, with open green space behind the house. Downtown Ottawa is a short drive across the bridge.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the entire first floor, with a private entrance and a small outdoor seating area at the door. The upper floor is not included.
EXTRA BEDDING
Single folding bed, children`s bed and baby high chair available on request. A $50 + tax delivery fee applies per added bed.
