Pet friendly, but the screen doors don't close properly and some of the window frames are lose. Also the freezer wasn't working properly so a bunch of my food went bad.

The property was exactly what we wanted.Easy access, safe and close to location of the event we were attending.
The kitchen had everything we needed and was well kept. If ther was anything negative to say it would probably be the mattresses. A little worn.

The property was as advertised. It was clean, beds were comfy and space was what we needed for the weekend. Initially, we were skeptical as the front walk, driveway and back walkway weren't plowed and we had to shovel to get in. Also, the property was advertised as a 3 bedroom space but 2 of the 3 rooms were locked when we first arrived. However, Lionel responded quickly and we were able to unlock the rooms and later the driveway and walkway were taken care of. So the initial negatives were nullified by his quick response. So overall a positive experience due to Lionel's quick response. My only comment would be for him to be more mindful that as a host you have one opportunity to make a positive first impression and this weekend he fell short.
