About this apartment rental
Our condo is completely renovated, has a lovely open concept 'Beach vibe', and provides great spaces to hang out while including the amenities you want. Comfortable loungers and chairs, 2 full dining areas, a freshly updated equipped kitchen and the large, screened wrap around veranda welcome you. A barbecue, games, books, videos, smart TV's and of course upgraded 'fast' internet are all there for your enjoyment. For those staying longer there's a full laundry.
The bedroom with a comfy king sized bed connects to the bath via a private 'sweetheart' vanity area. There’s ample storage space, and towels, toiletries, as well as quality bedding are supplied. We even have air purifiers to support restorative sleep!
The condo is in a lovely, lush resort setting, with the heated pool (one of three) just around the corner. In addition there are walking/biking trails shared by old Florida oaks, multiple tennis courts, saunas, pickle ball, shuffle board, and a workout center. There is private access off the patio to walk to the no-drive section of the beach at Oyster Quay.
Shopping and dinning is within walking distance, and Flagler Avenue’s shops, galleries, dinning and more are less than 10 minutes away by car.
Guests will have full access to the condo.
Free parking is available onsite for one vehicle.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Pre-Arrival Requirements & Security Deposit
To ensure a safe and smooth stay, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement and identity verification before check-in. Instructions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
A $500 security deposit is also required. We appreciate your cooperation in completing all requirements before arrival to ensure a seamless check-in experience.
We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management.
Please Don’t Leave Pets Unattended:
To ensure your pet’s safety and avoid any accidental damage, we kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the home or yard at any time during your stay. If you need help finding local pet care options, we’re happy to assist!

If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. And to the beach too... a quick, easy walk to a natural stretch of beach that is generally 'locals only'.
Local restaurants and amenities are in walking distance. Flagler Ave (downtown) with more great restaurants, unique galleries, shopping and nightlife is a short 10 minute drive away. In between are all the types of stores and conveniences you'll want during your stay.
