This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Marina Vista Tower 2 gives everyone room to relax, with a dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen. Spend the day at the private beach or infinity pool while the kids enjoy the play area, then fire up the BBQ in the garden as the Dubai Marina skyline lights up.
LIVING AND DINING
Floor-to-ceiling windows, a plush sofa, two accent armchairs, a smart TV and a round marble-top dining table for four.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a side-by-side fridge, gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cookware and tableware.

- Living room balcony: overlooks the Dubai Harbour yacht marina, the beachfront and the Dubai Marina skyline.
- Master bedroom balcony: faces open sea toward Palm Jumeirah, with the beach and gardens below.
MASTER BEDROOM
King bed, walk-through wardrobe and private balcony. The en-suite has a double vanity, walk-in shower and built-in shelving.
SECOND BEDROOM
King bed with built-in sliding wardrobe. The second full bathroom, with bathtub and shower, is just across the hallway.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself, plus access to the building's residents' facilities:

All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in, for transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are already included in the listing photos, so you can review the full terms and additional rules there before booking. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:
2- 7 nights - 1000 AED
7 - 28 - 1500 AED
Over 28 nights - 2000 AED
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2,000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- From time to time, the property may require essential inspections, valuations, or viewings. Guests are kindly requested to accommodate these visits with reasonable advance notice.
