Amazing location, a lot of construction going on next door but still a brilliant location. Amazing views of the dubai skyline, private beach for the towers along this beach.

Floors were not very clean, our feet/socks were filthy. En-suite shower blocks up. Very bad water pressure from the taps. Extremely hard master-bedroom mattress and poor quality pillows which gave me neck ache. The host (Frank Porter) also charged us £400 for accidentally packing the key fobs, these were returned to to them a day too late. Fair enough charging our deposit if there is no other option and they have new guests moving in, though you would think a professional company would have more than 2 key fobs, plus £400 is excessive!!!! Guests should be warned much more clearly about this!
