„Stunning view“ ist die perfekte Bezeichnung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Eine wirklich spektakuläre Aussicht (genauso, wie auf dem Bildern), atemberaubend schön. Abends Feuerwerke oder Drohnenshows von der Terrasse aus beobachtet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!

Within ten minutes of arrival, we informed the host that we wanted to check out. The apartment was simply far too high for us. In hindsight, that is partly my own mistake, as I should have paid closer attention when booking. The balcony was on a very high floor, and my wife immediately felt uncomfortable and panicked because of the height and the presence of our children. Since we booked through Booking.com and, according to the policy, were entitled to a 50% refund if we cancelled before midnight, we hoped we could still make use of that option. However, because we had already formally checked in, this right automatically expired, even though we had only been inside for ten minutes. No solution was offered. There was no proposal for a partial refund, no attempt to re-rent the apartment so we might recover part of the payment. The only response we received was a reference to the policy. In addition, there was an issue with the electronic door lock. The battery was empty, which meant we could not lock the apartment when we left around 7:00 PM. These things can happen, but they should be resolved immediately. Someone came quickly to inspect it and confirmed the lock was not working. We were told it would be fixed around 9:00 PM. When we returned at 11:00 PM, no one had come and the lock was still not functioning. The following morning, when we checked out, the issue had still not been resolved. One positive aspect of the apartment is the view. It is impressive and was one of the reasons we chose this property. However, it should be mentioned that from the very high balcony there is constant construction noise. In our case, this continued both during the day and at night. Additionally, the general condition of the apartment did not fully match what we expected based on the photos. What disappointed us most was the lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution.
