The open living and dining area flows into a modern eat-in kitchen with an island—ideal for morning coffee, family meals, or packing a cooler for the water. Tile floors, impact windows and doors, and a split-bedroom layout keep the home bright, private, and low-maintenance. The primary suite is on the main level.
Out back, the screened lanai and patio overlook the canal basin. Swim year-round in the saltwater heated pool, rinse off at the outdoor shower, then gather under the tiki hut for sunset. The oversized yard has room for kids, pets, and extra chairs. Electric and water at the dock plus a composite walkway make the lift simple to use.
