About this house rental
Located in Pelican neighbourhood one of the most beautiful areas of Cape Coral Florida, "Gone Coastal" offers a Coastal themed vacation rental for the whole family.
The space
Our home has three bedrooms and two baths, and is approximately 1600 sq ft. Bedroom one has a king bed and a 55 inch tv, bedroom two has a queen bed with a 55 inch tv, and bedroom three has 2 single beds. You can comfortably sleep 6 people. With 2 seating areas, a 65 inch tv and some board games, you're sure to keep busy inside or out! The large fully fenced private backyard is perfect for your family to enjoy. This home has everything you need to make sure you have a wonderful stay in Cape Coral.
Great Location!! Quiet neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and more!

Housetrained dogs welcome $50 fee- sorry, cats not allowed in our home
Bbq grill is free to use, guests are responsible for cleaning it and refilling propane when it’s empty. The grill cannot be moved, please leave it where it is.
We cannot be responsible for the propane used by the guests before you. The use of the BBQ is a courtesy and the cleaning and refilling of the tanks is based solely on an honor system.
Each smart tv has an hdmi cable installed so you can easily plug in your devices to stream from your accounts.

While every effort will be made to maintain the desired temperature, the host cannot guarantee that the pool will be heated to a specific degree.
Non-Refundable:
Once pool heating has been arranged and paid for, the cost is non-refundable, even if the pool temperature does not meet expectations or if there are issues beyond the host’s control.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay over the holiday weekend. Everything went very smoothly and would recommend this property. It's difficult to find places that have a fully fenced yard as well as allowing 3 dogs so we were pleased that we found this house. The only issue was the pool was full of bugs, but we were advised the pool gets cleaned at the beginning of the week and we arrived at the end of the week. So no big deal, still had fun!

This house was perfect for an anniversary trip. My husband and I had plenty of room, and anything we needed. We lived the large pool, house location and easy communication with Joe. The house was very clean, and we experienced zero issues while there. We are planning to bring our girls with us next spring break, so we can all enjoy it!
