The best way to describe the home is the 5 Star Reviews. This is your home while your here and many of our guests speak of more than they expected. Also keep in mind that as a VRBO listing I do not have the option to select what review to keep or delete. Every review that any guest has ever posted is here since the property was listed on VRBO.
So here is your private home in desirable southwest Cape Coral. 120 feet frontage on salt water gulf access canal with dock, boat lift and electric heated pool. Over 1800 square feet under air includes all that southwest Florida has to offer. The pictures are current and tell the story except that reviews say its better than the pictures. Pets welcome. Property is located south of Cape Coral Parkway and west of Skyline Blvd. Smoking is allowed outside only including lanai pool deck.
Amenities include, computer workstation with printer copier scanner, high speed internet, cable TV (including outside on lanai) and telephone service. Video library with more than 3 dozen titles including Disney. Game cube and XBox.
We understand our guests concerns regarding coronavirus and are providing you with the following information. We use and provide Odoban disinfectant spray, bleach wipes and bleach based cleaners. We do not require masks to be worn by guests or cleaning crews. We have implemented a minimum of 1-day vacancy before and after any booking per VRBO guidelines. We however cannot guarantee that every surface, piece of furniture, throw pillow, etc. is fully 100% disinfected between each use.

We can't say enough about how awesome this property is. We've rented many in the past, but this by far was the best. The kitchen/living room are so big and open. The pool area was outstanding which is where we spent most of our time outside. Thank you again for an amazing trip. Hope we can stay there again. Also, the host is amazing as well.

The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was very warm and clean. The beds were very comfortable. My only note would be that the two twin pulls out beds are more suited for children or a small adult, it worked great for our daughter. Thanks so much John! The Collins family

My family visits the area every year and this is by far the nicest and cleanest home we’ve stayed in. The house has absolutely everything you need. The pool was wonderful and is stocked with pool toys. The house location is so close to our family, beaches and shopping! The best part is the host, John! He is very gracious and responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

The property and home was great! The house was equipped with anything and everything that you could need. The owner was very responsive and helpful when I inquired about a question. We had a great stay.
