Boasting an elevated position within Challaborough Bay Holiday Park in South Devon, The Coworth looks straight across the bay to the hills on the far side — wake up here and the first thing you`ll do is open the blind. Set at the quiet end of the park, its south-facing decking enjoys sunshine from the first coffee of the morning right through to the last glass of the evening.
Inside, it`s in pristine condition. Built in 2024 and kept so immaculately it could pass for brand new, the space flows beautifully with an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a family shower room, and Wi-Fi throughout.
The living area is the heart of it — comfortable seating, a deep-filled corner sofa that converts to a double bed, and big windows that pour the light in from the morning on, so even a wet week feels bright. The kitchen is compact but properly thought through, with a gas oven, grill and hob, an under-counter fridge and plenty of storage for a full family shop, and the dining area seats four right alongside it.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and overhead storage, and the second has twin beds with storage of their own, which works nicely for children or friends along for the week. The family shower room is modern and easy to live with: shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. The entire caravan is private and exclusively for guest use.
Please note: The Coworth sits on the elevated part of the park, so getting to it means a climb. It is worth knowing if steep ground or steps are difficult for anyone in your party — get in touch and we will talk you through it honestly.
The blue-flag beach at Challaborough Bay, Burgh Island and the South West Coast Path are all close by, perfect for coastal walks, surfing, paddleboarding and bodyboarding.
Challaborough Bay Holiday Park offers an indoor swimming pool and sauna, entertainment, dining and family activities. Entertainment passes are not included with your stay but can be bought directly from the park`s reception. Gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. Bedding and towels are not provided, so please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Small and medium dogs are considered by prior arrangement.
