This spacious ground floor apartment (1 of 2 in a large detached house) has 3 bedrooms (1 superking, 1 superking/twin & 1 twin); fully equipped kitchen, dining - living room with direct access to a south facing private (sole use) enclosed garden (4ft). This property comfortably sleeps 6 and welcomes up to 5 dogs. Parking for 2 cars on private drive.
Not only is Lower Byfield a short walk to the beach (dog friendly all year); there are miles of walks along the coastal path. It is a gentle 20 mins walk to Bantham in one direction and South Milton Sands in the other (beaches in between). Under 5 mins walk to the village shop and pub (dog friendly with great food).
Whether you want to relax with the log burner, walk miles on the coastal path, take the kids to the beach to learn to surf; there are so many things to enjoy with a stay at Lower Byfield.
