About this house rental
Location
Chances R is located in the Chelan Lookout community overlooking Lake Chelan. The house is located within a 10 minute walk to the private beach and marina for lake access.
When you're ready to head out, you'll be close to Lake Chelan's wineries, restaurants, boating, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
Sleeping Configuration
Primary Bedroom: King bed, private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and Sonos sound bar.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, Smart TV, and Sonos sound bar.
Living Room: Queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper. The living room also has access to a full bathroom.
Indoor & Outdoor Living
One of the best features of Chances R is the 15-foot NanaWall in the living room. Open it up and the living room connects directly to the back deck and patio.
The back deck has two 5,000W infrared heaters, so you can still enjoy the outdoor space when the evenings get chilly.
There's also a paver patio with a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs. It's a great spot to sit outside with a drink after a day at the lake or wineries.
The sunny front patio has partial views of Lake Chelan, a BBQ grill, fire pit, and seating for up to eight.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, serving bowls, mixing bowls, and food storage containers.
You'll also find a double-drawer dishwasher, refrigerator with two ice makers, pressure cooker, and blender.
The counter-height dining table gives you plenty of room for meals, games, or an extra spot to hang out.
Living Room
The living room has a comfortable sofa, two leather swivel chairs, and an electric fireplace.
There's also a 75" 4K Smart TV on a swivel mount, making it easy to enjoy a movie night or catch up on your favorite shows.
Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system are also available throughout the home.
Laundry
A full-size, front-load washer and dryer are conveniently located in the pantry.
Traveling with your Dog
Chances R is dog-friendly, and The Lookout offers plenty of space to get outside and explore together, from neighborhood walking trails to relaxing on the patio after a day at the lake.
Boat Owners & Lovers:
The Lookout features a private marina exclusively for their guests. This marina provides a secure and convenient place to dock boats up to 22ft. Please visit the Chelan Lookout Rentals to reserve your slip prior to your stay! Don’t own a boat but want to get out on the water? You can also rent a boat or jetski available through Shoreline Watercraft. Their contact information is included in the link as well.
We also have two stand up paddle boards with adult life vests available for your use during your stay.

The private community pools, hot tub, playgrounds, & sport courts are not included in the amenities we offer. These facilities are only available to guests who book directly through Cottage Rentals. Because this is a privately managed rental and we operate independently from the resort, we’re unable to provide access.
