Villa Arhontia, set on one level and within a large enclosed garden. In the village of Ageliana – just 3km from the small town of Perama in the district of Rethymnon.

A 10 minute drive away you will find the nearest beach which is a small, sandy cove in nearby Geropotamos, flanked by rocks and sea caves. The lovely sandy beach at Panormos and the historic harbour town of Rethymnon are both within 15-20 minute's drive.
