This fully updated, second-floor condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to four guests. One king bed and one queen bed give you room to settle in without relying on a sleeper sofa. The open living and dining area has comfortable seating and a living-room TV, while the full kitchen lets you enjoy meals at home whenever you like.
Your own washer and dryer mean less packing and no trips to a laundromat. Wi-Fi, beach gear and one assigned covered parking space are included.
TWO WAYS TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS
The screened beachfront lanai is part of the condo, separated from the indoor living space by glass sliding doors. On the entrance side, a spacious shared second-floor terrace offers tables and a gas grill for outdoor meals. The terrace, grill and heated pool are building amenities shared with other residents and guests.

Spend a day on the sand, try local waterfront dining at Doc’s Beach House or Coconut Jack’s, or explore the beaches and paddling opportunities at Lovers Key State Park. There’s time to find your favorite spots when you stay awhile.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
• 90-night minimum stay; maximum four guests.
• Seasonal rate: $8,200 per month, with a special rate of $7,700 per month for three or more consecutive months. Please send your exact dates through Vrbo so we can confirm your rental quote before booking.
• $250 departure cleaning fee and $150 HOA application fee. Applicable taxes and platform fees are additional.
• An owner application is required before the HOA application. HOA approval is required. Approved tenants must be present during the lease; no subleasing.
• No pets, subject to applicable assistance-animal requirements.
