If an ocean view is what you are looking for, look no further. It does not get any better than this! 1200 square foot penthouse condo on the eighth floor with all the amenities you could want and more. The view from the living area and master bedroom is full ocean front and the guest bedroom at the front of the condo is also spectacular as you can see all of the Bay Areas! Property manager is right across the street and very friendly and will respond quickly to all your needs.
Free internet and wifi. In unit washer and dryer. TV's are in both bedrooms and the living area. Decour and ambience is like a Ritz Carlton on the beach. Small refrigerator in the living area for that quick beverage! Beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and a cooktop stove. Tiled shower in the master bedroom. Large dressing and closet area in master bedroom. Copier and printer in the master bedroom so you can print from your iPhone , iPad or other wifi devices. Comes in handy for printing off boarding passes!
Beautiful pool and hot tub right on the beach just a few steps to the ocean. Take a walk along the ocean to the left and the views are spectacular multimillion dollar homes lining the beach. Walk along the beach to right and in less than a mile you will find yourself where the ocean meets the bay a place where the water is so beautiful and sandbars abundant. Maybe even see a dolphin or starfish. And if you like to collect seashells there is no better place.
Very large sitting areas along each side of the condo with lounge chairs and tables right on the beach to relax and watch the sunset or for sunning during the day.
On the second floor there is a large sundeck on the front side of the building with lounge chairs, regular chairs and tables for early morning sunbathing or just enjoying a glass of wine with family and friends. Large gas grill also located on the second floor sundeck.
Fantastic newly renovated community room and fitness center. Back door to the community room leads right to the pool/hot tub area.
Plenty of activities within the Casa Bonita Grande community in January, February and March including water aerobics, weekly cocktail parties, potluck dinners , book club and more.
Located 20 minutes north of Naples and 20 minutes south of Fort Myers and Fort Myers beach, you have access to all the fantastic shopping, restaurants and entertainment the area has to offer.
Boat rentals right down the street for cruising the bay and ocean. There is a beach restaurant a short walk away that provides all kinds of water activities including parasailing, jet skis and much more.

Nicely appointed condo despite the fact it does not have a lanai. Quiet, relaxing with fabulous views of the ocean and all its aquatic life. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture. The television is not high def but got used to that! Walking the beach everyday and swimming in the warm water sure beats our cold New England weather. Would rent this unit again!
