Located next to the Beach, north of Naples. Immerse yourself in SW Florida paradise at the luxurious, fully equipped house, steps from the community pool, gym, and Jacuzzi. This home has 2 bedrooms, plus Den: bed, desk, chair, and dresser; with 2 baths, fully equipped, beautiful kitchen, stalked to ease your stay and is located in prestige Bonita Bay community at Bonita Springs FL, one of the most exclusive communities in all of SW Florida next to beautiful Bonita Beach, north Naples at Bonita Bay, it includes:
• Access to the private beach by shuttle, with chairs, umbrellas, and air-conditioned restrooms. A complimentary shuttle to the beach, bus stop is a minute walk from the villa. (The community private beach will reopen in late 2025.)
• Less than 1-minute walk to the community pool, hot tub, gym, library, and outdoor eating area.
• 1,400 acres of open space including a nature reserve with 12 miles of walking and biking paths ( you can find 2 bikes in the garage), parks, etc. Enjoy bird-watching along these paths.
• Pickleball, tennis, and basketball at Riverwalk park inside the Bonita Bay community.
• Full-service marina with access to restaurant.
• Kayaking in multiple locations.
• BBQ and picnic area, kids playground at Estero Bay Park inside the Bonita Bay.
• Walk to the pier, at Estero Bay Park, overlooking Estero Bay to enjoy views and fishing.
The villa itself is a perfect place to relax in a quiet and luxurious atmosphere. The villa includes:
• Beautiful lunai overlooking the nature reserve with chairs and tables.
• 3 bedrooms (one of them a den), includes a Beautyrest king-size bed in the primary room, and a queen and 2 twins in other rooms.
• Pumper yourself in a fully stocked ensuite with a free-standing tub, step-free shower, and floor-to-ceiling tiles.
• Fully equipped kitchen with all major and numerous small appliances – ice maker & water dispenser, stove with air fryer, kettle, magic bullet, quesadilla maker.
• Newly renovated kitchen with dishware, pots & pans, spices, etc.
• Enjoy a cup of coffee with Keurig, including pods, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, and grinder.
• Dining area that sits 8 comfortably.
• Two smart HD TVs – living room and owner's suite.
• Dining area and living area with leather couches.
The surrounding area includes many shops, restaurants, and activities:
• Multiple public beaches for you to explore. Provided for you: umbrellas and beach chairs, 2 bikes.

We enjoyed the stay but not having wifi the first two days was a major pain as I had to work. Vrbo didn’t feel the need to offset that inconvenience. We liked the property and felt it was a good value.

This is the second time we booked Bella House because we liked it so much last year. It’s clean, well stocked and a few doors down from the community pool. The pool was warm and immaculate. Neighbors were friendly and this year, we found a great dog park and walking trails on the Bonita Bay property. There are kayaks for use in this park area. Bonita Bay community is beautifully maintained and well-located. The private beach is often busy but there’s always room on the comfy buses and lots of seating with umbrellas. The only challenge was getting on lists for entry to the community and for the beach. It was not always easy to contact the owners.

Irene’s Bella House exceeded all expectations. It matched the online pix perfectly and the entire condo was immaculate. Everything looked brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had just been renovated. The kitchen was stocked well beyond any I have ever seen. From the comfy bed, to the attractive modern furniture and fluffy linens, it felt spacious and cozy. The main room had beautiful light and a lovely view of the trees behind the lanai. The quiet surroundings and ideal layout gave us and overnight guests plenty of privacy. Despite a longer ride to and from the gatehouse, the Bonita Bay location was ideal. The luxurious community is close to everything from farmers markets to restaurants and shops. The condo was a 3 minute walk to the mailboxes and a clean, heated pool. Irene was a hands-off but always-available owner. She left easy-to-follow instructions for the keypad doors and garage. Making the res and payments was a snap. The well located, clean, and beautifully appointed condo felt like home. We’ve already made reservations for next year. Thank you Irene and VRBO!
