We rented a 3rd floor unit for a week in Dec 2022 and it was great! We are hotel people and this was my first time renting so we were new to all this. Brett, the owner, responded to my questions immediately and he was nothing but kind, professional, accommodating and mindful of a traveler’s expectations! We were very comfortable there and it felt like a second home right away. Their unit is clean, well supplied, nicely furnished and decorated with a great layout and a beautiful large lanai. It is quiet and right across from the pool. The elevator was great for my parents! Brett is great host and I’m looking forward to renting from him again:).

We found ourselves having to come to the area immediately after the hurricane to care for my father in law who was hospitalized in Naples, after his home in Cape Coral was damaged. There were absolutely no hotels available. We were blessed to find Brett’s quaint villa in Bonita Springs. Brett bent over backwards to help us. He is such a nice man!!!!
The villa is adorable and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch after long hours at the hospital.
We highly recommend this villa! Thank you, Brett!!!!!
