Security Deposit: At the time of booking $500 will be collected and applied towards the rent. An additional $1,000 damage deposit will be collected. If no damage is found after your departure, this $1,000 security deposit will be refunded 14 days after your departure.

The 1st level studio comes with 2 king-sized beds, a sleeper sofa ocean view, and large closet space in the sleeping and living area. A full bath with a tub/shower. A kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and counter table with seating for 2. 2nd level has a huge living and dining area. Sitting area that stretches across the front of the house with a spectacular ocean view. Large updated kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island perfect for entertaining. This level has a guest room with 2 full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The guest bath has a tub and a separate walk-in shower and a stackable washer and dryer. The oceanfront master has a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom is adjacent to the master with 2 twin beds and it closes off for extra sleeping and privacy. Gorgeous oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a walk-in shower. Full-sized washer and dryer in garage. Outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. Gas grill.

The house was perfect for me and my teenage boys! Loved the outdoor shower and hose for rinsing items coming off of the beach. The balcony off the master was great for reading and watching the waves. There were several Adirondack chairs out there which was great; I would suggest getting a few of the footstools to go with them as well as 1 or 2 small tables to make it easy to have glasses or small plates out there. My 18 year old and his friends loved the downstairs "man cave". Huge kitchen! Only negative was the fairly strong gas smell coming up the stairs from the garage. We also loved the recliners and the small table in the "sunroom" area - perfect for relaxing and playing board games. The location was convenient for shopping at Publix and going to restaurants, but loved being past all of the condos. This will be our GO TO place to stay in New Smyrna from now on!!

We had a last minute vacation change due to red tide . We decided to try and we're glad we did. Beautiful property with all the amenities, easy access to beach. Hope to be back soon.
