Twelve-foot ceilings and 9-foot sliding glass doors open the living space onto a heated saltwater pool under a new screen cage, with an outdoor kitchen, fire table and lounge seating. Out back, a new dock and 7,000 lb boat lift (handles a 22-23 ft boat) put you on the water with access to the Gulf.
The Space:
Twelve-foot ceilings with accent lighting, 9-foot sliding glass doors and wood-look floors run through a bright, open single-level home, with central air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout.

🔹 The pool faces north, so the lanai enjoys bright but gentle light through the day, with welcome afternoon shade from the house that keeps it comfortable even on the hottest Florida days. Come evening, the sun sets off to the west, and the sky lights up in soft pinks and golds, especially in the summer months when it sets further to the northwest.

Guests may use the garage, and there's room for 3 cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street. Boat trailers and RVs can't be accommodated.
One closet in the primary suite is kept locked for the owner's belongings.
