Farm Stay in Tennessee
Reasons to book
About this farm stay rental
Slow down in a lovingly restored 1940 farmhouse close to the river, made just for grown-ups. Watch the surrounding farms wake up over your morning coffee, spend the day chasing waterfalls, then come home to a year-round hot tub, a crackling fire, and a sky full of stars. Two king suites make it perfect for couples, a pair of couples, or close friends traveling together.
The Space
Two bedrooms, two kings. Nobody draws the short straw. Both bedrooms have king beds, so everyone sleeps well.
Primary bath: A large walk-in tiled shower and a double-sink vanity, so there’s room for two to get ready.
Second bath: Soak in a tub that looks out over a peaceful river and pastoral view. Many guests say this is their favorite spot in the house.
Living area: Gather around the wood-burning fireplace with a glass of wine and settle in for the evening to binge NETFLIX or play board games.
Kitchen: Fully stocked for real cooking. It has a gas range, stainless steel pans, and cooking oils. You’ll also find filtered drinking water and an automatic icemaker with two sizes of ice. The dual-brew coffee maker comes with coffees, teas, sweeteners, and creamers, so your first cup is ready when you are.
Outdoor Living
- Hot tub under the covered deck. Open all year, rain or shine, warm or cold.
- Covered outdoor dining right off the kitchen, plus a propane grill for steaks, burgers, and fresh-caught fish.
- Firepit area looking out toward the river. It’s the best seat for sunsets, s’mores, and good conversation.
- Country life all around. You’re in an active farming community with river wildlife and farm animals as neighbors. Expect song birds and cattle in the fields and you may also see Herons, Canadian Geese, River Otters, Beavers, Deer, Chubby Ground Hogs etc.
