Moonshine Cabin- beautiful Mountain views and minutes to downtown

This was the perfect spot for us. We reached out before booking about hosting a small wedding rehearsal dinner. We hosted the dinner with about 25 people. This location is about 30 minutes from the wedding venue River Cliff so it is very convenient especially for the size of the cabin! We had plenty of room for everyone in the cabin. Mornings were very peaceful here and the view is beautiful. If you do stay here, Berta's Cafe is a must!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. Amazing views from the top balcony. Loved sitting on the porch early mornings for quiet reading and late evenings to watch the sunset. The cabin is very unique and had everything we needed. It was within an hour or less range of all the waterfalls and Cumberland Caverns. It had a TV in every room. Two full bathrooms. One private bedroom with a queen bed, one small private bedroom with bunkbeds. And then the third room had a queen bed on the lower level and another queen bed in the loft and two twin size areas to sleep. It worked out perfect for our crew. All the beds were very comfy. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths as well as a washer and dryer. Home was very clean and the Wi-Fi was excellent if you need it. Thank you for the perfect day. We will be back again soon for some more hiking!!

The views were amazing. The rental was well maintained and cozy. GPS took us to the neighbors. There is a turn that was easy to miss in the dark and GPS didn't mention it. The view from the balcony was insane and the fire pit was great for s'mores and relaxing. For large guest numbers there is only one bedroom with privacy/isolation with it's own door. The loft overlooks the larger bed. The smaller "beds" in the loft were more cushioned window seats. Ok for kids and young adults but tight fit for full grown adult. These were just things we didn't realize in the pictures. The trip was 100% worth it and we adapted just fine and would go again in a heartbeat. The host was very helpful and sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my long birthday weekend. Book it and you won't regret it!

We had a hard time finding the place based on Google's directions, but the host quickly responded to direct us. When we arrived, the first floor hadn't been cleaned, e.g., crumbs on the table, dirty stove/countertop, and floors were dirty. My wife picked up two dustpans full of stuff off the floor and tried to work with basically nothing to try cleaning the floors. Upstairs area/bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Nice view of the mountains and the host was very responsive. Suggest stocking kitchen with more pots/pans/pizza pan, utensils, plastic wrap/foil, and silverware (esp forks) for a family staying for a week. Overall a nice time.
