Make Christmas unforgettable at our cozy lakefront getaway. The home will be decorated for Christmas, and you can gather by the electric fireplace after a day of enjoying the lake, relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the area.
The original manufactured home has been transformed into a memorable vacation home, with a spacious family room addition overlooking Lyman Lake. The front living room has a comfortable sectional with electric recliners, a large TV, and an electric fireplace. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for preparing meals and gathering together.
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an electric “wood stove,” and a large walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub and separate shower. One guest room has a queen bed, a TV, and a large closet; the other has two queen beds and a large closet. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combination.
Step outside to enjoy the multilevel deck, with a hot tub, dining set, and several rocking chairs. A custom outdoor sauna is also available upon request for an additional fee. Watch the sunset from the private dock or covered pavilion, then gather around the fire pit. Please bring your own firewood.
For a comfortable stay, the home also has a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a large pancake griddle, and a washer and dryer. Books, games, and toys are provided, along with a pack ’n play and high chair for young guests.
A few things to know: The water is shallow near the shore and can be murky, so it may not be ideal for everyone. Please do not dive. The home sits on a wooded lot, so insects and cobwebs may reappear quickly, even after cleaning. Guests have access to all spaces except the locked supply closet in the primary bathroom and the locked portion of the outdoor shed.
