About this apartment rental
Cozy, historic 1 bedroom apartment with queen-sided bed offering everything you need after a day of strolling through downtown. There is an optional twin pull-out sofa bed in the living room area. The apartment has a private entrance at garden level, no stairs. There is a well-equipped kitchenette for easy breakfasts, snacks, and relaxed nights in. The full bath has a walk-in shower. Paintings by local artists adorn the walls. The outdoor side patio area has a small table and two chairs. The unit has heat or air conditioning as needed. Please, no smoking on the premises. Harvey Park has benches and is directly across the street. A bit of History: the house was originally built circa 1850. The apartment served as a small store in the late 1800s. Please note, due to the historic nature of the property the apartment ceiling has several low areas measuring at a minimum height of 6'2".
Enjoy beach days and easy Rockport wanders. If you want a Rockport stay where you can walk to the park or beach, grab a coffee, and wander around town without over-planning, this is a great pick.
Bearskin Neck and Rockport’s town beaches are just a short walk away, so you can spend the day by the water, browse local shops and galleries, or have dinner then catch a show at the Shalin Liu Performance Center.
