For a fun stroll through town, check out the Bearskin Neck area less than a mile south, which offers an array of local shops, restaurants, and amenities on Sandy Bay.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

This property is right on the ocean, but it is not on a beach. Access to the water is not easy and this may not be a safe place to swim.
The footpath from the driveway to the house is downhill, but the return walk uphill may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
The indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
