A brand-new boutique studio about 100 m from the Santa Marta Marina and Los Cocos beach, in the Bellavista neighborhood. Ninth floor of WJ Tower, a modern building finished in 2025, with 24-hour reception and elevators.
THE SPACE
One open room built for two. Queen bed with blackout curtains and extra pillows, strong 18,000 BTU air conditioning, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, microwave, blender, Italian coffee maker, pots, pans and dishes for two, plus a round dining table. Washer and dryer inside the apartment, so beach clothes are ready the same day. Large closet that fits two open suitcases.
Bathroom with hot rain shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer.
About the view, so there are no surprises: it is partial. From the 9th floor you see the sea off to one side, not straight ahead. What you get all day is light and breeze.
LOCATION
Walk to the Marina, Los Cocos beach, Carulla supermarket (all about 100 m) and the Historic Center (about 450 m), with restaurants, bars and the Gold Museum. Taganga is 15 minutes by car, Rodadero 20 and Tayrona Park about 45.
CHECK-IN
Self check-in with a door code, from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. We send step-by-step instructions and our bilingual guest manual (Spanish/English) before you arrive, and we usually reply within the hour.

WJ Tower has residents living here year-round, so please keep quiet after 10 PM. Pets welcome.
