Hospedaje a pocos metros del mar y del Centro histórico

Rafael is an excellent host. The room was spacious, it has good storage, and the property is close to town. The host lent us the washing machine which was very useful and he helped us with the sink drain which was a bit blocked.

The cleaning aspect could be improved. We had mould in the fridge and the room had dust in the wardrobe and under the bed. The host facilitated cleaning products so this could be addressed. The aircon is a bit old and makes quite a loud noise at times during the night which woke me up a few times. One of the bedroom lights was initially flickering and then it stopped working. I want to point out that most issues were addressed by the host when this was pointed out but it mean you have to be on it and coordinate for this to happen. I also didn't know that there's no hot water for the shower, which apparently is quite common in this area of Colombia, but I would have appreciated if this had been specified in the property or room description.

La atención del señor Rafael es único, me sentí más como un familiar que me daba posada, lo recomiendo una excelente persona y todo está cerca y nos ayudó mucho con la comida y los lugares que él conoce , hasta incluso llevándonos yo lo recomendaría a todo a tomar su hospedaje el que tiene con baño privado es ufff una maravilla y con Netflix tiene todo lo que uno desea

La casa y mono que es un acompañante más pero todo en perfecto estado y si había algo siempre el señor Rafael lo solucionaba

Very safe and quiet area , not far from the beach and city centre . Comfortable room , with channel tv and fridge . Access to the shared kitchen is no problem with good equipment. The owner makes you a coffee every morning and even the cat comes to say hello .
