About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in Ajaccio, with panoramic sea views and less than a kilometre from the beach. With a floor area of 110 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 8th and top floor (with a lift), facing south, it comprises a 50 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 50 m² living area comprising a lounge area with a double sofa bed and a TV, as well as a dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190), a TV and fitted wardrobes.
– A bedroom with a double sofa bed and fitted wardrobes.
– A bathroom with twin washbasins, a shower and a bath.
– A separate toilet.
– A utility room adjoining the kitchen.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: a high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
– A 40m² south-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days, with a relaxation area, sun loungers, a parasol and a dining area.
The balcony runs the full length of the flat and offers breathtaking sea views, stretching from the Sanguinaires Islands to the southern shore of Porticcio.
The flat is ideally situated in Ajaccio, in a quiet neighbourhood between the sea and the mountains. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
– Hiking, e.g. the Sentier des Crêtes trail.
– Beaches, the nearest of which is 500 metres down from the residence; Barbicaja Beach is 3 km away.
– Explore Ajaccio and the surrounding area on a tourist train.
– Visit Napoleon’s house.
– Music festivals during the summer season.
Transport:
A car is strongly recommended to make the most of your stay. You can park for free in the residence’s car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Buses and electric scooters are available at the foot of the residence. Bear in mind the incline on the way back, as the residence is situated at the top of a hill.
– Nearest railway station: Ajaccio, approximately 6 km away.
– Nearest airport: Ajaccio, approximately 10 km away.
