Ideally located 200 meters from the sea on the road of bloodthirsty, we live this apartment F4 overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio "like a house".
In the heart of nature and in absolute calm you will find comfort and tranquility for a relaxing holiday, sports, cultural, family or all that at once.
It is a spacious apartment of 120 m2, overlooking a tree-lined terrace and adjacent to a wilderness area delivering its scents of maquis.
Living room and master bedroom allow to see, by bay window and French windows a view on the impregnable sea.
The large living / dining room opens onto a terrace offering a dining area for 6 to 8 people.
The kitchen is separate, spacious and fully equipped.
For more comfort, the apartment offers a bathroom and a shower room and two toilets.
The 3 spacious bedrooms are ideal for 6 adults (an extra bed is proposed for a possible 7th person).

Appartement conforme à la descripiton. Spacieux, nous n avons manqué de rien. Literies confortables, résidence calme, la climatisation manquante n est pas indispensable car possibilité de faire des courants d air. Il manquait un ventilateur à notre arrivée mais la femme de ménage nous en a acheté un de suite ce qui nous a permis d en avoir un dans chaque chambre.on se croirait comme à la maison !! Seul petit bémol, voiture indispensable si vous logez avec une personne à mobilité réduite. L appartement se situe à 5 minutes à pieds d une plage de sable (mais avec des rochers ) mais il y a une grande côte à monter pour arriver à l appartement. Vue magnifique sur la mer de la terrasse. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos jeunes enfants dans ce très bel appartement. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, la terrasse est grande et très agréable. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien, et est spacieux.
La propriétaire est adorable ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueillis.
L'appartement est très bien situé, quelques commerces sont à proximité, des restaurants, et surtout les belles plages de sable fin sont toutes proches sans passer par la ville (appréciable lorsqu'il y a des bouchons à Ajaccio même). La résidence est particulièrement calme.
Nos enfants se sont bien amusés avec les 2 adorables chats de la résidence et s'y connaissent maintenant en fourmis !
Les alentours d'Ajaccio valent le détour (randonnées, criques ...).
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

C’est le paradis !
C'est le paradis mais chuuut... Faut pas le dire sinon tout le monde va y aller ! Ce serait bien de corriger le descriptif de literie : le lit 2 personnes est un lit en 140 alors que le descriptif annonce 3 chambres avec chacune 2 lits de 90 jumelables. sinon, c'est que du bonheur,accueil chaleureux et efficace en prime, on ne rêve que d'y retourner !
