Gather around the firepit on crisp fall evenings for wine or s’mores. Relax in the lake view hot tub in any season. A perfect set up for those traveling together that prefer some separation. 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka College. Many wineries nearby.

Main house: Captain’s Quarters is a year-round 3-bedroom, 1 bath house sitting directly on the lakefront. Step into the welcoming bright kitchen and dining area that flows into the warm, open-concept living room, creating the perfect gathering space after a day spent enjoying the lake. Sleep comfortably in a new king bed with panoramic views of the lake. Wake up to the lake view from the queen bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with twin bunk beds. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

Step outside Captain’s Quarters and immerse yourself in the spectacular lakefront setting. Enjoy four distinct outdoor spaces. The spacious deck off Captain’s Quarters’ family room overlooks Keuka Lake and provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, leisurely outdoor dining, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

The lakeview deck off Captain’s Quarters’ kitchen has a gas grill and dining table for four. Continue down to the patio where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars for an unforgettable evening outdoors.

A covered lakeside seating area walks directly out onto the dock. Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful morning by the water, taking a refreshing swim, launching a kayak, or simply soaking in the scenery, this property offers an unforgettable way to experience Keuka Lake.

Seasonal Cottage: The Crow's Nest is a seasonal 2-bedroom, 1 bath cottage perched above Captain’s Quarters, on the lake side of the street, with sweeping panoramic views of the lake. Enter The Crow’s Nest directly from the parking area into the full kitchen and dining area. The open-concept family room overlooks the lake and has a new queen pull-out sofa to accommodate additional guests. Heading downstairs, guests will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and lake views, while the second has a new queen bed. The Crow’s Nest shower and the toilet/sink are in separate spaces. A private shower “room” is located on the ground floor near the bedrooms. The bathroom with toilet/sink are located on the main floor off the family room (there is no shower in the bathroom with the toilet/sink.)

Please note: This property is situated on a hillside, and accessing the lake and main cottage involves approximately 48 steps from the parking area.

Guest access:
As a guest, you can enjoy access to both properties (except for the cleaner’s closet), lakefront with a dock (room for 1 boat up to 21 feet), free WiFi, 2 full kitchens, kayaks, paddle boards, and a peddle boat. (Kayaks, SUPs, and peddle boat are available seasonally, generally from mid-May to mid-Oct, but may vary depending on weather.)

Note: During the summer season, Captain's Quarters can be rented alone, however The Crow's Nest can only be rented with Captain's Quarters.
