From October through April, enjoy five cozy bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a charming sleeping loft. During the warmer months, May through October, the seasonal lakeside guest house opens, adding an extra bedroom and bathroom, giving you even more space to spread out.
Step inside and be greeted by huge picture windows that showcase stunning lake views from sunrise to sunset. The open-concept great room features oversized sofas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or unwinding with loved ones. A fully equipped kitchen with oak cabinetry and ample counter space makes cooking easy and fun—don't forget to pair your meals with some local Finger Lakes wine!
Rainy days won't slow you down here—a game room with a ping pong table is perfect for friendly competition, and a cozy loft space with twin beds and a library offers a quiet retreat. The lower level also features a second kitchen and living area, providing extra space for your group to spread out comfortably.
Outside, enjoy two spacious lakeside decks with plenty of seating, a swing set for the kids, and a “Kids Club” halfway down the stairs to the lakefront. The private shoreline includes 163 feet of breakwall and a seasonal dock, ideal for fishing, swimming, or soaking up the sun.

The property is very lovely and accurately described. There is plenty of parking and room to spread out and not feel as if it is crowded at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. We even got in exercise going down steps to the water, where the deck and dock are beyond beautiful.

The overall home is great, the bathrooms could use some work,
1 - pressure assisted toilets / toilets do not flush well at all
2 - bath tubs in all baths with radius shower rods, ( large families with young children need tubs on all floors )
3 - the heating / cooling system, needs more controls, the up stairs is comfortable where the lower level gets very cold
4 - the sliding screen doors continually fell off the track, as a contractor I understood how to put back on quickly, others gave up and left the doors wide open or .did not let the children play on the deck.
But, these are the thoughts of a contractor, my family and I had a wonderful time there, I would highly recommend the home to anyone in the future

Fabulous vacation! Ten family members enjoyed the lovely and spacious house. Swimming, tubing, wine tasting, boating to restaurants on the lake for lunch, roasting marshmallows over the fire and priceless family time. Great weather all week. The Finger Lakes is a wonderful summer destination!
