Welcome to Reef Club 509. The moment you walk in the door, you are transported to another place and time, with rich color and a British-West Indies atmosphere. Enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the balcony. This top-floor condo sits high above the surf, giving you an unobstructed view of the blue waters of the gulf. Tennis and pickleball courts, a large pool and hot tub, outdoor dining and grilling area, not to mention private beach access, guarantee fun for all. Perfect for large families, this condo comfortably sleeps 8. Beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, this condo is the ideal escape for the whole family.
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances featuring a French-door style refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Stove with glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, granite counters, peninsula with bar stool seating, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining: glass table with 6 chairs, wet bar, wine glasses
Living room: 2 reclining leather couches, large flat-screen, smart TV
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, TV, dresser, upholstered chairs, walk-in closet. 2 sliding doors with balcony access.
Primary Bath (ensuite): Granite counter, double sink vanity, walk-in tiled shower
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, dresser, and closet
Bedroom 3: Two queen Beds, TV, ceiling fan
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combination, large vanity with single sink.
Outdoor space: The complex provides a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor dining area with grills, private beach access.
Additional Amenities:
In-unit large-capacity washer and dryer.
Balcony with table and seating for 5 for outdoor dining.
This condo also includes a pack n play and high chair for little ones.
Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon your arrival and must be displayed visibly on your dashboard while on Reef Club property. Your assigned parking spot is marked 509. There is limited guest parking available on a first-come/first-serve basis and these also require a parking pass.
