About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this 50 m² holiday home in Beaussais-sur-Mer for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely living area, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with a bath). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A living area with a double sofa bed.
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, hob…
– A bathroom (with a bath).
– A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
– A sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200).
The house is situated in Trégon, in the municipality of Beaussais-sur-Mer, in a peaceful setting between the countryside and the sea. You can reach Vauver beach in around 30 minutes on foot (2.5 km). Local shops and amenities are less than a 10-minute drive away. For dining, the restaurant Le Feu Rouge is within walking distance, about ten minutes’ walk away.
Things to do:
– La Manchette beach, 4.5 km away,
– La Pissotte beach, 4.5 km away,
– Guildo Castle, 2.2 km away,
– The Ebihens archipelago.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (1 space).
