Exteriors: Terrace of 30 m² with fully fenced lawn of 100 m². Adjoining the apartment -Sous le Cerisier-, but not overlooked. In front, a parking space is reserved for you. Lovely cottage, tastefully decorated, harmonious, where everything was subtly chosen for your comfort. Adjacent to the owner's house. Only 700 m away from the family beach of Vauvert. At 8 km from St-Cast-le-Guildo, pretty seaside resort known for its 18 hole golf course. Superb accommodation, just 700 m from the beach, which will allow you to spend an excellent holiday!
