About this house rental
This modern farmhouse 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home features a newly renovated open concept. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from many family friendly activities, restaurants, three shopping malls, Expo NM, I-40, and much more! Large fenced in yard with a grill, outdoor dining table under a covered patio, a fire pit area with patio lights, YouTube tv, and NFL Sunday Ticket!
Inside our home -
Fully equipped kitchen to make a great meal, keurig coffee maker (coffee, sugar & creamer included), blender, microwave, large double sink, countertop prep space, bar seating, gas oven, dishwasher and a toaster. All the utensils you think you might need for children and adults, pack n play, feeding chair, toys. Extra blankets/ pillows. There is one king bed and 2 queen beds. There is a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and washer/ dryer in the garage that is fully equipped with laundry detergent and a laundry basket for your convenience. There are board games/card games in the living room cabinets for your enjoyment. Outdoor games, a hammock & a swing set for kids! High speed internet/wifi, two smart TVs, the one in the living room is equipped with YouTube TV for your use. Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc can be streamed with your personal account/s. Our home has a new HVAC system with refrigerated air to keep everyone cool on those hot summer days. Office area is off of dining room for those who may need a work space.
Less than 15 mins driving distance to Old Town, hospitals (some less than ten minutes), downtown, museums, zoo, botanical garden, Balloon Fiesta park, Hispanic Cultural Center, University of New Mexico campus, casinos, the airport, and much more including family-friendly activities and nightlife. It's also close to the Sheraton and other business conference locations.
This house offers a lock box access. Check in time is at 3pm.
Upon arrival there is a welcome guest book with everything you need to know about our home and recommendations on where to go to have fun and where to eat. Check out time is at 11am.
