Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before your stay to ensure a smooth arrival. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying the home. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, giving our team enough time to prepare the property for the next guests.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest.

~No smoking. A $1,000 fine will be charged for smoking inside the property.

~No large parties or gatherings are permitted at the property.



PET POLICY: If you are traveling with your furry friend:



• Small pets only and must be house-trained. Please notify us before booking. All pets must be approved prior to check-in.

• One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per stay.

• Please keep pets off the couches, beds, and other furniture.

• Please pick up after your pet both inside and outside.

• Any pet waste that is not picked up will result in a $100 fee.



We require a refundable hold of $1,000 on your card for damages, which is released after checkout. Alternatively, you may opt out of the refundable hold by purchasing damage waiver coverage for a $50 fee.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy complete privacy and will only meet the host if requested. The host remains readily available to assist with any questions or needs throughout the stay.
