Perched above Jan Juc with ocean views, this light-filled coastal retreat offers the perfect balance of beach-house charm and relaxed family living. Just a 5 minute stroll from Jan Juc Beach, the home combines contemporary interiors, multiple living zones, an indoor fireplace and a landscaped fire pit garden. An easy walk to Torquay and Jan Juc shops, RACV Torquay golf course, the Surf Coast trail, cafes, restaurants including Surf Hotel, Osaka BBQ, Pond, Mortadeli and the hatted Samesyn.
The home features 4 bedrooms, the master and second bedroom have queen beds and deck access with ocean views. There is a third single bedroom upstairs set up with trundle bed. Downstairs is a kids retreat with double bunks (single bed over double bed), bean bags, TV, table and chairs and ensuite bathroom. It has its own ground floor deck.
Airconditioning in the main living space with a Nectar fireplace for the cool nights over winter.
New well-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances throughout making it easy for entertaining, including ocean views while making dinner and access onto the deck with Weber BBQ.
The backyard is perfect for drying wetsuits across the Jan Juc traditional farm gate. There is a fire pit for fun in the evenings roasting marshmallow and a fenced backyard to kick the ball around with kids.
The surf coast trail starts at Jan Juc, so is easy access to walk to Bells Beach for the Rip Curl Pro, or into Torquay across the headland and past the RACV Golf Course. Everything is an easy walk away.
