Key collection and return process was easy. The property was just what we needed for our weekend away.
Not a big issue but if there was a key safe to access the property that would be better. I repeat not a big issue.

Loved the space for a large family. The Ping-pong and Foose ball tables in the garage were a great bonus. The outdoor shower was perfect after the beach. Beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable. Also loved the selection of DVDs available and the surprise spa bath. Patio area and decking were also fantastic.
Cleanliness was a bit lacking, e.g., lots of dust on ceiling fans and under the bed. Some things could have also been organised a little nicer, e.g., DVDs, Games, Random drawer full of 'stuff'. We couldn't use the PlayStation due to corroded batteries, so that was disappointing. A light in the downstairs patio area would also be beneficial.
