About this cottage rental
Charming renovated wooden farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Gîte La Régordane welcomes you in Solignac-sur-Loire in a 70 m² accommodation for 5 guests, with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy beautiful mountain views and a well-equipped kitchen.
Just 500 m from the greenway linking Le Puy-en-Velay to Landos, 8 km from a natural lake, 2 km from the Beaume waterfall, and close to the Régordane hiking trail.
The accommodation is located above our house, with independent access through the barn.
Shared pool with our family (open early May to late September, weather permitting). Two-person therapeutic spa open all year. TV and high chair available.
Outdoors: summer kitchen near the pool, shared with us, as is the pool (fridge, plancha). Private area with lounge and sunbeds by the pool. Boules, skittles, basketball hoop, small football pitch. Table football and ping-pong table in the barn.
Pool: 12 x 4.5 m, unheated, open from 10 am to 8 pm, temperature depends on weather (altitude 980 m). Private area by the pool. Shared summer kitchen.
Two-person therapeutic spa: available for an extra fee. One free one-hour session for two guests for any stay of at least 2 nights from October to April (outside pool season).
Animals on site: horses, dog, cats, hens.
Bed linen and towels are not included but are available for an extra fee, payable on site. Cleaning is not included but available for an extra fee, payable on site.
Bike rental, nature outings, discovery of Lake Bouchet, and bike rides on the greenway (about 2 hours with snack) possible.
Events are not allowed on the property.
