About this cottage rental
Located 1h30 from Clermont-Ferrand and Lyon and 45 minutes from Saint Étienne, close to Puy-en-Velay and in the immediate vicinity of major roads is the village of St Germain Laprade. It is more precisely in the hamlet of Boussillon that Mireille will welcome you in her carefully renovated cottage. It will be the ideal place for family holidays as well as for business trips.
To discover on site: many hiking trails that will allow you to crisscross the landscapes of the Haute-Loire.
A few minutes away: the town of Puy-en-Velay and its many buildings listed as UNESCO world heritage sites, Saint Julien Chapteuil with its Romanesque church and the remains of its old castle, Lantriac with its family golf course, Le Monastier sur Gazeille and its museums, etc.
In the surrounding area: discover the Meygal and Mézenc massifs and the Gorges de la Loire or de l'Allier.
Small shops and services 2km away. The entrance to the cottage is on the ground floor, you arrive in the living room composed of a comfortable lounge, a friendly dining table and a fully equipped and functional kitchen. You can sit by the fire to share warm moments. On the same level, you will also find the bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet. Once on the first floor, you will access the three bedrooms, one of which has a 90 cm bed and the other two have a 140 cm bed. A toilet with sink completes this floor.
The accommodation is adjoining a private part (old stable) used as storage for the owner, no inconvenience caused.
