The farmhouse features five bedrooms: 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor, with enough beds to accommodate 16 guests.
The space
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen 🍳 stocked with essentials for cooking and dining in, plus a recently updated bathroom 🛁 for a clean, comfortable stay. We provide fresh, linens and two towels per bed to ensure every guest feels well cared for 🧼✨.
Outside, enjoy the comfy front porch, and yard area. 🍃. Explore the 50-acre property via historic logging roads, ideal for morning hikes or quiet walks 🚶♀️🌄.
Although it feels secluded, the cottage is just 10 minutes from downtown Ligonier’s charming shops and restaurants 🛍️, and 15 minutes from Idlewild Park — great for families and outdoor fun 🎢🌞.
The Farmhouse invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the rhythms of the woods 🌲💛
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire grounds. The Farmhouse is completely private for your use, there is a 1 bedroom private apartment above the garage, and 4 private cabins on the lower road. You’re welcome to explore much of the 50-acre property and its trails. Please kindly respect any signs marking private or restricted areas such as the ponds, barn, or shed 🚫.
