Great setup for getting together with friends, enjoying a fire outdoors, and eating together in the large kitchen area. Plenty of rooms & beds, easy in/out.

Great place to get away and relax. Spent most of the time outdoors, but inside is clean and comfortable. Been going for 3 years now and we love it.

We had a few issues right from the start which I left a list of for the owner. Property was not as close to Lake Raystown as we would have liked.
