The community pool is just steps away, and a charming plaza located right inside the complex is only about a one-minute walk from your front door.
Start your morning with fresh baked goods from the bakery, grab a bite at the restaurant, visit the beauty shop, book an excursion or rent a golf cart — all without leaving the complex.
And if you do rent a golf cart, we’ve made it even easier. The property now has a newly installed private golf-cart laneway on the front lawn with an electrical outlet for convenient charging right at the property.

The Home
Villaggio 324 comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living.
The bright main living space offers comfortable seating, a TV and an indoor kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink and kitchen essentials.
There are two equally sized bedrooms on the ground floor, plus an open loft bedroom above the main living area.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed & TV.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king-size bed, making this room flexible for couples, friends or children.
Loft Bedroom: Double bed with its own private half bathroom. The loft is accessed by stairs and is open to the main living area rather than being a fully enclosed bedroom.
The house also includes two full bathrooms (en-suite) on the main floor.
