Welcome to CALVISSON, LE BARATIER in the heart of its village between Nîmes and Montpellier. Here you will enjoy a moment of relaxation in these places with all the pleasures that are nearby. A parking lot, the Sunday market, the many restaurants.. all 50 meters from the house. 15 minutes from Nîmes, 30 minutes from Montpellier and the sea you will find in all seasons between sea and river activities to do and enjoy one of the most beautiful areas of the region.
The accommodation
In this guest house you have the entire accommodation with more than 130m2, 1 living room, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen (the kitchen is shared), one or 2 bedrooms (the second bedroom from 3 people) 1 bathroom and toilet and depending on the season a relaxation area with gym and sauna or access to the swimming pool and the outdoor area (these spaces will be subject to daytime hours). Ideal for a quiet holiday or a moment of rest, the house offers a large living space and a lot of charm, you will be pleasantly surprised both by the beauty of the place and by the space dedicated to you.
Traveller access
The entire 130m2 accommodations are private with its independent entrance, its kitchen is shared but not intrusive and ideally placed. The sauna is private during its opening period, as is the private sports area. Our personal entrance communicates with the outdoor area of 300m2 we can meet occasionally, the swimming pool will be subject to opening hours in the summer accessible from 11am to 6pm in order to allow its maintenance outside these hours.
Other remarks
In the bedrooms you will find everything you need without cluttering you up and enjoying. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A coffee maker, fridge, tv, wifi and also cot for the little ones, you also have everything a fully equipped kitchen has oven, dishwasher, dishwasher, microwave etc..
And conversely the outdoor area with swimming pool is available from June 1st to October 1st approximately.
