Enjoy a memorable Tahoe stay in the desirable Dollar Point neighborhood of Tahoe City. With room for up to 10 guests, this welcoming home is a great choice for families and groups looking for plenty of space, a convenient location, and easy access to everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The home is thoughtfully arranged across three levels, with bedrooms and bathrooms spread throughout to give everyone a little extra privacy. After a day exploring Tahoe, there is plenty of room for your group to relax and settle in comfortably.

The mid-level is the main floor, featuring the living and dining areas, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with combination tub and shower. The living room's wood-burning fireplace ensures cozy warmth and ambiance on chilly nights.

The top floor offers a lofted workspace with 2 desk chairs, 2 monitors, and a printer; King bedroom; and full bathroom in the hallway.

Two more bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a set of bunk beds, and a full bathroom are on the lowest level, off of the garage. They can be accessed from an interior staircase leading from the mid-level into the garage. Laundry facilities are located inside the garage. Two car garage and large paved driveway provide parking for up to 4 cars.

Located in Dollar Point, you’ll be close to Tahoe City shopping, dining, recreation, and year-round outdoor activities. Spend summer days hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, or enjoying the lake, then return in winter for easy access to downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and all the fun of a Tahoe winter. (Please note that the Dollar Point HOA no longer allows access for renters to their amenities, including the beach, pool, tennis courts, etc.)

Dogs are welcome with pre-approval, making it even easier to bring the whole family along for your Tahoe vacation.

- All homes are equipped with high-speed internet unless otherwise noted in the property description; however, during peak travel periods, speeds may fluctuate due to increased demand throughout the Tahoe area.
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
