Completely remodeled throughout in a modern mountain style, this exquisite unit boast many extra side windows, south facing location and a 2-car carport. Great for those snowy days! Fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, Unit 72 is one of the most popular units in Chinquapin.
The Neighborhood:
Chinquapin is 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Secluded coves, sandy beaches, towering evergreens, and natural wildflowers reflect in the crystal clarity of Lake Tahoe, creating one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.
Getting Around:
Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Palisades, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
