The space
The place is arranged over three floors - this modern space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double-sized bed (135 x 190cm), a WC, and a garden perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing on warm evenings. There is also a storage room with a washing machine.
The first floor features a spacious living area, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, along with a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, which include:
- Oven
- Ninja Air-Fryer
- Ceramic Hob
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Smeg Toaster
- Smeg Kettle
- Smeg Coffee Maker
- Dishwasher
- All necessary tableware for meal preparation, including plates, cups, pots, and more.
Upstairs (on the second floor), you'll find one well-appointed bedroom with a comfortable bed (150 x 200cm), offering a peaceful night's rest and a bathroom with all the essentials.

This home may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility due to the number of stairs throughout the property.
The parking in front of the house is being rented on JustPark. If you are coming with a car, please let me know so we can check the availability.
We kindly ask that you avoid wearing shoes indoors. Additionally, please close the sliding door in the kitchen when cooking.
We do not allow any parties or any type of celebrations at home. Please see more information in the additional rules.
