Add a private covered balcony, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, parking, Wi-Fi, beach gear, and easy access to Virgin Islands National Park, and you have an ideal home base for experiencing St. John.
HARBOR VIEW AT BATTERY HILL
Harbor View is located in the intimate Battery Hill condominium community, perched on the hillside above Cruz Bay.
Step through the mahogany doors into a bright, open living space with soaring 24-foot tongue-and-groove beamed ceilings, tropical breezes, and comfortable island-inspired furnishings.
The great room opens directly onto a private covered balcony overlooking Cruz Bay, the harbor, and the surrounding islands.
Start the morning here with coffee as the boats move across the bay. Come back after the beach for a cocktail in the trade winds. In the evening, relax and enjoy the lights of Cruz Bay below.
It's one of our favorite parts of Harbor View — and one of the reasons this condo feels unmistakably St. John.

The main level features a traditional private queen bedroom, providing a comfortable and private retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
EXPANSIVE QUEEN LOFT
Upstairs is a spacious loft-style queen sleeping area overlooking the living area below.
The loft takes advantage of Harbor View's dramatic high ceilings and provides an inviting second sleeping space for additional guests.
Please note: The loft is open to the living area below rather than being a traditional enclosed bedroom. It is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for children under age 6 or guests with mobility limitations.
We want guests to understand the layout before booking so they can be confident Harbor View is the right fit for their group.
TWO FULL BATHROOMS
Having two full bathrooms makes Harbor View especially convenient for two couples, a family, or friends traveling together.

One of one.Beyond the proximity to town and year-over-year spotlessness, the property transports you, truly transitioning you from your life, troubles, and grind to that STJ magic.I've stayed here numerous times for the Emancipation Days village and festival. I treasure how safe I feel (and have been) walking to and fro, even in the wee hours before Jouvert. Owner Eileen and PM Tammy have you from arrival to departure. 5 stars
