Frequent visitors to Grande Bay have written 'This is the nicest unit we have stayed in.' It is in the front building on the ideal second floor next to the water.

Great home base! Clean, great view, and walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay. Nice to have dedicated garage parking, and a good hot tub!

Surfside was just right for us. It is very comfortable and has of the extras like paper towels, soap, washer and dryer. The only thing we struggled with was the very tight parking space. We are looking at trying to rent a much smaller vehicle in the future. We had a Bronco.

We enjoyed staying here, excellent location with quick access to taxis, shops, dining in Cruz Bay. The staff was very pleasant as well ensuring our stay was good.

This is our 7th stay at Grande Bay. On night one, the owner showed up unannounced with some cleaning supplies that she needed to drop off. My wife and I both felt she she had only come inside to see who she was renting to. She ended up leaving a 1-2 boxes of kleenex, something that easily could've waited or been left with the front desk. She wanted access to her locked closet for a pillowcase that she never found. Fast forward 2 days, she emails asking for access again to drop supplies. At this point, we opted to contact the VRBO folks because we didn't feel confident she would stay out upon our request. With a master key, we were not confident she'd abide by our request to not enter.
